Maniatis Garden consists of eight rooms (2-bed, 3-bed, and 4-bed rooms).

All built according to the local architecture, they are equipped with kitchen including the essential utensiles, television, airconditioner, cabin with shower, hair-dryer and telephone. Seven of them offer balcony with view in the garden while one is located in the first floor and offers sea-view. Within Maniatis Garden area there is parking space, small market, restaurant-bar as well as umbrellas on the beach.

In the premises there are two rooms with three single beds each, four double-bedded, one family room with one double and two single beds, and finally one with two single beds. An extra bed can be added in the four double-bedded rooms.
